Sura Energy Drilling is a Malaysian team of senior drilling and oil and gas trainers. Operators, contractors and academies organise their own training events — and engage our trainers to deliver the technical courses. We also provide drilling supervision, consultancy and land rig move planning.

My oil and gas journey began in 1994 in the PETRONAS Apprentice Program at ILPP Batu Rakit — now INSTEP. More than 30 years later, I had the honour of sharing it with school leavers at the launch of TVET Negara 2026 2.0 in Putrajaya. Today I coach the next generation at Velesto Academy at INSTEP.
